What we collect
When you order we collect your business name, your name, email, phone number, delivery address, site contact details and delivery instructions. If you ask for a deposit refund we also collect the bank account details needed to pay it.
How we use it
We use your details to process and deliver your order, issue tax invoices, refund deposits and contact you about your order. We don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
- Stripe processes your card payment. We never see or store your full card number.
- Xero holds our invoices and accounting records.
- Google (Google Sheets) holds our order records.
Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.
Keeping it secure and accurate
We keep records for as long as we need them to run our business and meet tax obligations. You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you.
