Big gas suppliers charge cylinder rental every month, whether you use the gas or not. We don't charge rental at all.
Swapping empties?
Hand us an empty cylinder of any brand and you only pay for the gas.
Need extra cylinders?
Pay a one-off $65 deposit per cylinder, any size. No monthly fees.
Done with them?
Return the cylinder and we refund the deposit by bank transfer within 15 days.

Order before midnight
Choose your cylinders, add site details and pay by card. Your tax invoice is emailed straight away.
Leave out your empties
Put any empty cylinders where your site instructions say. Any brand is fine. If there's no empty out for a swap, we can't complete the delivery and you'll need to contact us to reschedule.
We deliver next business day
We drop off full cylinders and collect the empties. No deliveries on weekends or Victorian public holidays.

Questions venues ask
Which machines do your cylinders fit?
Our 2.6kg and 6kg cylinders suit hospitality sparkling water systems such as Purezza and Moda. If you're not sure, send us a photo of your current cylinder's valve before ordering.
Do I need Billy Bubbles cylinders to swap?
No. We swap empties from any brand. Each empty you hand over replaces one deposit.
How does the deposit work?
If you're not swapping an empty, we charge a $65 refundable deposit per cylinder, whatever the size. When you return a cylinder we refund its deposit by bank transfer within 15 days.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before midnight (Melbourne time) are delivered the next business day. We don't deliver on weekends or Victorian public holidays, so a Friday order arrives Monday.
Where do you deliver?
Across metro Melbourne. Use the postcode checker at the top of the page. If your postcode isn't listed, email billy@billybubbles.com and we'll see what we can do.
Will I get a tax invoice?
Yes. A tax invoice showing GST is emailed to you as soon as your payment goes through.
What if I forget to leave an empty out?
We can't complete a swap without the empty cylinder, so the driver won't leave the full one. Email billy@billybubbles.com and we'll reschedule your delivery.
Can I pay on account?
Card payment is needed to order online. Email billy@billybubbles.com if you'd like to talk about regular orders.
