1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to orders placed on commercial.billybubbles.com by businesses buying CO2 gas cylinders from Billy Bubbles Pty Ltd (ABN 98 642 588 298) ("we", "us"). By placing an order you confirm you're ordering on behalf of the business named in the order.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is taken by card at checkout through Stripe. We email a tax invoice once payment is received. Delivery within our listed delivery area is free.
3. Delivery
- Orders placed before midnight (Melbourne time) are delivered the next business day. We don't deliver on weekends or Victorian public holidays, and we don't offer delivery time windows.
- You must give accurate delivery instructions and a site contact. If we can't safely access the delivery point, we'll contact you to arrange another day.
- Risk in the gas passes to you on delivery.
4. Cylinder exchange
- When you order a "swap", you must have one empty cylinder ready for collection for each full cylinder delivered. We accept empties of any brand that are compatible with our filling equipment.
- By handing over an empty, you confirm you're entitled to give it to us.
- If an empty cylinder isn't available for a swap when we arrive, we won't complete the delivery. You'll need to contact us at billy@billybubbles.com to reschedule.
5. Cylinder deposits
- If you aren't swapping an empty, we charge a refundable deposit of $65 per cylinder, regardless of size.
- Cylinders supplied by us remain our property. The deposit is not a hire or rental fee, and we don't charge rental.
- When you return a cylinder in reasonable condition (normal wear excepted), we refund its deposit by bank transfer to your nominated account within 15 days.
- We hold the deposit until the cylinder is returned, with no time limit. A deposit is only refunded once its cylinder comes back, so a lost or unreturned cylinder isn't refunded.
6. Safe handling
Store cylinders upright and secured, in a ventilated area away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Only connect cylinders to equipment designed for them, following the equipment manufacturer's instructions.
7. Problems with your order
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a cylinder is faulty or short-filled, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund by emailing billy@billybubbles.com before 9am on the day of delivery.
